Netanyahu threatened more attacks

“Hezbollah made a very serious mistake when it attacked us,” Netanyahu said during a visit to an airbase on Tuesday.
Israel had already responded with great force, he said. “We will respond with even greater additional force,” he added.
Hezbollah fired rockets towards Israel on Monday night in response to the killing of Iranian supreme leader ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The Israeli military then began attacking numerous targets in Lebanon, particularly in the south of the country and in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut, which are part of Hezbollah’s sphere of influence.
Netanyahu explained that both the Lebanese government and the Lebanese people must understand that Hezbollah is dragging them into a war that is not theirs.
In addition to his threat to the pro-Iranian militia, Netanyahu announced that Israel would also continue to attack Iran.
“Our pilots are in the skies over Iran and Tehran,” he told service personnel at the airbase.
