Many years ago, someone sent me a book that had been out of print for awhile, and it was so old, the pages were literally falling out.

Despite the condition of the book, it opened my eyes further to the corruption, callousness, and lies of the U.S. Empire, it is:

The Hidden History of the Korean War by IF Stone.

Apparently, there is a new edition published a couple of months ago, which is available at the dreaded A-word site. (Linked at the photo). I highly recommend.

Anyway, I am just plugging this book because of the IF Stone quote above. I believe a journalist who risked everything (like Shireen Abu Akleh, Julian Assange and/or Gonzalo Lira) to expose U.S. Imperialism at a time when the Cold War was heating up AND the Military Industrial Complex was high off of WWII should be heard, and remembered, over the weasely and violent generals and politicians.

As of this writing, tomorrow, Bunter Hiden’s ex-BFF and business partner will be testifying in Congress in a closed hearing about what he knows about The Biden Crime Family.

Let’s be clear, (as Karine Jean-Pierre always says, but I mean it), Devon Archer, said ex-BFF is NOT a good guy and is not an honest person.

But the plot thickens.

Archer’s case has been going through the appeals process since he was convicted in 2018 and sentenced in Feb 2020—so, on Saturday July 29, the weaponized DOJ sent a letter to the trial judge asking her to set a date for his incarceration. Who works on Saturday in the legal system?

From an article in Politico:

On Saturday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York wrote to trial judge Ronnie Abrams and asked her to schedule a date for Archer to report to prison, after the Second Circuit Court of Appeals finalized an order days earlier upholding his one-year sentence.

The court isn’t expected to make a decision before Archer will meet behind closed doors with the House Oversight Committee, meaning that even if the court ultimately sides with the request Archer wouldn’t have to report to prison before the meeting. And his attorney said in a statement that he will move forward with his planned appearance Monday.

A spokesperson for the office of United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York declined to comment on the filing or the timing of the letter. But according to the one-page letter, filed by assistant U.S. attorney Negar Tekeei, prosecutors had asked Archer’s attorney to recommend a reporting date in light of the Second Circuit ruling but were rebuffed.

Archer’s counsel, according to the DOJ letter, said it was “premature” to set a sentencing date because Archer was considering further appeals and intended to raise an “error” in the sentencing process. Archer’s lawyer plans to file a response to the U.S. attorney’s demands by Wednesday.

Even though Archer, the liar and cheat’s, attorney says that they don’t think it is an attempt at witness intimidation, the history of the DOJ being used against Republican criminals (fine by me) and in support of Democrat criminals (not fine by me), the timing could not be more transparent.

So, the Red Liars and Cheats are after the Blue Liars and Cheats and I am wondering if popcorn has more fiber than carbs, because these scandals are certainly getting more scandalriffic!!!!
